Working Procedure for volute sludge dewatering

① Through the sludge pump, sludge to be delivered to the sludge conveyor port

② Sludge to be transported to the flocculation box after adjusting the flow by metering tank

③ After the mixing to form a large alum flowers, it will be sent to the screw body

④ The alum flowers do the gravity concentration while move to the dehydration part

⑤ The space between fixing and moving plates becomes smaller and smaller, and dewaters again by adjusting outlet back plate, and finally discharge the mud cake
