Polycrystalline silicon material usually produces powder during the cutting process. When passing through a scrubber, it also generates a large amount of wastewater. By utilizing a chemical dosing system, the wastewater is precipitated to realize the preliminary separation of sludge and water.

The sludge produced features high water-absorbing capability and low specific gravity, resulting in minimal water treatment. With this sludge characteristic in mind, our company adopts a filter cloth with a high capture rate, coordinated with the reasonable roller arrangement. Then, the flocculated sludge will pass through the low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure pressing regions, for realizing the sludge dehydration process.
